I work in a hot environment and was getting a lot of cramps and charlie horses, probably due to some dehydration as well. I haven't had any since using this.

My doctor suggested I try this for my night-time leg muscle cramps along with some magnesium cream. Actually, I think taking this throughout the day with the water I drink does seem to do some good. The taste takes getting used to but I think I will keep using this product for the forseeable future.

My daughter-in-law introduced me to this product and I'll be forever grateful I put it in a drink every night before I go to bed and I've had very few leg cramps in the morning and if I forget to take it I usually regret it the next day when I wake up with leg cramps it's an excellent product
