I've only tried it for one day but it seems to work because on that one day or I should say one night I didn't have leg or toe cramps. There have been complaints by other reviewers about the dropper. I did not use the dropper which is unmarked and pulls up different amounts of liquid. I noticed on the bottle that the dilution should be 2 ml per 32oz of water. I happen to have a syringe with clear markings, so I used it to draw exactly 2 ml. and put it in a quart jar. Pretty much tasteless; so I drink from it all day and night and even make tea with it. Probably don't need so much but it cannot hurt, it's made from water of the Dead Sea in Utah.Update: It did eliminate leg cramps BUT now that I've used it several times, I've discovered a serious side effect. It causes insomnia. Weird, but I could not fall asleep after I have had a couple of cups of NMC. Is that possible? Has this happened to anyone else?Update on the Update: It was not this that caused insomnia. I am taking it: a quart between dinner and bedtime. No insomnia and no leg or foot cramps all night.

Seems to work but horrid taste. Extremely salty and the manufacturers haven't tried to alter that. So buyer beware- the salty taste is like that of 10 times more salt than you would put on your popcorn. But it does relieve charlie horse cramps. But so does the potassium in one banana at night before bed (which is when most of my problem occurs-sometimes in the day-again a banana works just as well!, and Love the taste of bananas)!

I get severe foot and leg cramps where my ankles twist awkwardly to make walking impossible. Pain is intense and would wake me up. This works well, however I think it can contribute to frequent bathroom visits, but I already take quite a bit of magnesium.

This is so amazingly helpful to muscle and joint pain, price point and quality is wonderful and is easy to use I put in most things I drink and it even makes coffee taste richer so good.

If you have a really tough time staying hydrated and Gatorade is not cutting it, this will definitely help. My muscle cramps are gone, I noticed a difference after one dose. I put it in my ice tea and can't tell it's in it. My kids like it as well.

I have major medical stomach and intestinal problems so I took this to my doctor for her opinion. She indicated this is more for people into sports. My needs are beyond what it can give. So consider asking your doctor first if you have a medical condition you are considering it for.

I buy this to give friends and family when they tell me about having horrible Charley Horses.I had those horrible cramps in my calves and my thighs. The cramps used to wake me up in the middle of the night in excruciating pain. Sometimes, it would hurt for days afterwards.This product has totally eliminated my muscle cramps.I am a true believer!

This product changed my life ( no joke).I am a touring musician and every night on tour I would get so dehydrated in sweaty clubs from drumming under blisteringly hot stage lights that my legs/arms/feet would cramp up so bad that I could almost not grip my drum sticks or continue playing. It was extremely painful and I could not drink enough sports drink or eat enough bananas pre-show to stay hydrated. Literally, the very first night that I tried this product without much faith in it, I was completely shocked at what a difference it made. If I take the product 30 min prior to the show I have no cramps at all through the entire hour and a half on stage. Now I never play a show without it and it is always the first thing I remember to pack in my suitcase when going on tour.
