Got this for my 9-year-old daughter. It doesn't smell very appealing, but once mixes with water tastes so good she actually ASKS me to be able to take it, which is a huge win. I have noticed a calming effect and increase in her focus and she has reported sleeping more soundly (not waking in the middle of the night) and feeling rested when she gets up in the morning. Highly recommend!

More minerals for the bones, in addition to magnesium. A teaspoon full in a glass of water before bed prevents leg cramps and promotes sound sleep. LOVE it!!
