If I drink this tea daily, I can produce about 6 oz more a day for my little one. I order online because our stores cannot keep in stock. Worth it!

Definitely a life saver. I decided to stop breast feeding, dried my milk up and changed my mind to start back. Soon as I started drinking my tea my milk flow started back up. Used this tea for 2 of my kids breastfeeding. Worth the buy I promise!!

Tastes pretty bad even with honey added. However I just received it today so hopefully it works for the lactation part but doesn't taste decent at all.

These work wonders, disclaimer for Moms who don't want to use Fenugreek otherwise. Increased my supply within a day.I love how earthy this tea tastes and I steep One tea bag twice the flavor still remains intact.This may not be great for people who don't like licorice flavor, but 100 recommend to mommys who are struggling with milk supply and needs a relaxing warm cup of tea.

I don't really know how this tea works but I know it does. My baby is 9 months old now and I have been able to exclusively breastfeed him. I started taking this tea when low dose birth control was causing terrible side effects for me. I switched back to my normal OBC, but I realized very quickly that the estrogen in the normal OBC was decreasing my milk supply, so I reached for this tea. It was nothing short of a miracle! It boosted my milk supply within 12 hours and kept it up if I continue to drink it. It basically counteracts the effect of estrogen in the OBC. My supply is not as plentiful as it was in the beginning but this tea helps me keep breastfeeding my baby, so it's worth it. Each bag of tea is not particularly strong so you can't brew it twice. I end up drinking two bags a day, usually with honey. If you've tried everything to boost your supply, I would suggest trying this herbal tea. It's been a lifesaver for me!

This stuff has been a miracle for increased pumping supply!!!!! This has been the only product I have found so far that actually works. I drink a glass each night and within half hour can pump 4 oz from each breast in a matter of 20 min. Love love love it!!!

It has a strong smell, but y he taste is actually great and goes well with honey. I really didn't see an increase in my milk production. But there's different factors to take into consideration, plus every body is different. However, I really enjoyed drinking it :)

I like this tea and it's flavor, I add no additives. Something warm to drink, as I cut out caffeine and most teas, and it's beneficial! Now I can't say that it has me overproducing but sure it helps! I drink a cup 3x day!
