I love this tea! It is a bit earthy tasting so I would steep it with earl grey in the morning or mint in the evening and sometimes add a touch of honey or non-dairy creamer. Lasts a long time due to the 3-pack deal! My lactation supply increased after drinking it, but I also tried a couple other products around the same time to increase my supply.

I never leave reviews but I decided to leave one for this product. I started drinking this tea one after each pump. I started on September 19 I was only making enough milk to feed my daughter for the day. It was really stressing me out. I had no extra milk for her. She is drinking 5oz 5 times a day. Today is October 18 I have been able to still feed my daughter for the day and freeze between 1 and 3 extra 5 oz bags. It really worked for me. It might not work for all but worth the try.

I'm a new mother and have been struggling with having my milk come in. My OB recommended this tea.. My newborn is already already a month old and I have been drinking this tea 3 times a day for over a few weeks. I haven't seen any increase in my milk supply which is frustrating. It might work for some people but unfortunately didn't for me...on to trying other things...

Everyone is different, but I EP and this tea has helped with my supply. The taste is not great, and I put cream and a bit of sugar in it, a side of Oreos helps too.

Flavor was fine, receive 3 boxes good value for money. I was making more milk but Unfortunately it was making me very gassy and baby was also very gassy, super fussy, uncomfortable and at times inconsolable. She seemed like she was in pain almost immediately after feeding. I stopped drinking the tea and she went back to normal, no more gas or crying. It's worth a try but be aware of potential side effects that can also affect your baby.

Flavor is not bad. I think it works great for milk production. I used it when I pumped for all my babies and i had low milk production. Definitely noticed a difference when i wouldnt drink it for a few days.
