How do I know it works? Breathe Easy combines eucalyptus, fennel, and licorice; herbs that have been found to have beneficial effects on upper respiratory tract health. Their effects are complemented by the addition of "Bi Yan Pian, " a traditional formula for the sinuses, widely recommended by practitioners of Oriental medicine.
When should I use it? When experiencing difficult breathing due to common, non-serious conditions of the upper respiratory tract.
How does it taste? It's a complex blend of herbal tastes - spicy-aromatic and cooling, somewhat bitter and stringent, and slightly sweet.

Each bag in this box has been individually wrapped and sealed for freshness, ensuring that the beneficial components of the herbs remain intact.

Brew well to be well. For maximum benefit, medicinal tea must be properly prepared. Pour 8 oz. freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a ceramic cup. Cover cup and steep 10-15 minutes. These steps directly influence the amount of beneficial components that will end up in your teacup! Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract. Drink three cups daily or as needed. Adding honey may enhance benefits, especially in dry climates.
Consult your health care practitioner prior to use if you have low potassium levels, if you are taking corticosteroids, cardiac glycosides such as digoxin, or potassium-depleting medications. Do not use this product if you have inflammatory disorders of the digestive tract or bile duct, impaired kidney or liver function, high blood pressure or heart disease; if you are allergic to plants in the daisy (asteraceae) family, or plants in the parsley (apiaceae) family; or if pregnant or breastfeeding unless otherwise directed by your healthcare practitioner. I like this tea. I have asthma so I thought it would help my breathing. Not sure it helped but, I like it!

I am suffering from a cold right now which somehow managed to be in my nose and my chest at the same time. I decided to try this tea to see if it brought me any relief. Surprisingly, it does seem to help break up mucous and open the airways, which is awesome. I deducted one star because I can't taste eucalyptus nor mint, which I was looking forward to. I don't care for the taste of licorice, which this tea is heavy on. I suppose I could add honey and it might taste better but I'm watching sugar consumption. I would buy it again!

Listen, to me, please. My Aunt O talked about this tea combination for years. It was not until I suffered from various upper respiratory issues that I finally decided to try it. To my surprise, it actually provided some relief for me. I was having difficulty with breath recovery. I had two hot cups of this tea, and to my surprise it provided a comfortable relief. It opened up, what I believe was my bronchia, and I was able to Breathe Easier! I will always keep it in my cabinets from this point forward. However, it does not taste that good, but what medicine does? Thanks to Breath Easy and my 101-year old Aunt O!!!

Allergies hit my lungs pretty hard. This tea helps a lot.While I do not expect this product to replace my prescribed medications,I've noticed that I use the prescribed medications a lot less when using this tea.

This is the tea that helps you breathe more it'll stop the stuffy nose from clogging up, i added honey with this tea. The taste was also delicious.
