I drink this 1 day before I start my menstrual cycle and I don’t feel any cramps. If I forget to drink before I start, I then drink during and my cramps are gone in about 2 hrs. Will definitely be a yea I will constantly keep in my cabinet. Good taste no sugar needed. Only need 1 tea bag.

I think this tea works. The only thing is, I think it threw off my cycle because I drank it in the time when my period was due to come. So now my period is three weeks late

I've been using this tea since April. I usually drink it a few days before my period. I noticed it made my period go off in 5 days instead of the usual 5 or 6. I also noticed that it makes my period come down faster so I can get it over with. I have a very very heavy flow and this helps that tremendously!!! Doesn't do anything for my cramps though. I personally have notice a great overall difference and now this tea is forever apart of my life!! I drink at least 2 cups a day and it's very good tasting. Ladies my boyfriend and I also noticed how much wetter my vag gets when I drink this tea. We all know that's a definite bonus!!!! Worth every penny!!!!!

After 2 full cycles I can say that this is a new staple in my life. Cuts down cramps and other symptoms in a major way! Doesn't impact my flow, but I am way less crampy, way less boob soreness, and less nausea. I need it always and forever!I drink 2-4 cups a day everyday starting 3-5 days ahead of time and throughout my cycle. I'm not on a strict schedule with it, so sometimes I may only get 2 and other times I get 6. Just get it in, and you'll feel a difference.

This tea has been a lifesaver for me. I was dying 2 days a month from cramps. I drink this daily. The week leading up to my cycle I step 2 bags at once. I noticed a difference after the first month taking it. Now I have no cramps on day 1 and mild to none on day 2. For someone who was bedridden for two days...I'm thanking God every day for leading me to this tea.
