Everything is perfect except the package was dented when I received it. Besides that, the tea works wonders for my fibroid symptoms. Also I didn't experience any bloating or cramping before or during my cycle while I was drinking the tea. I love it!

This tea has been a lifesaver for me. I was dying 2 days a month from cramps. I drink this daily. The week leading up to my cycle I step 2 bags at once. I noticed a difference after the first month taking it. Now I have no cramps on day 1 and mild to none on day 2. For someone who was bedridden for two days...I'm thanking God every day for leading me to this tea.

I really like using this tea because it helps me with my cramps. I don't have to take as much pain medicine when I'm drinking this. It does have a licorice taste, I think, but I don't mind it. I don't think it's too overpowering but taste is a very subjective thing so if you don't like licorice, you probably won't like the taste of this tea. But, as a tea that is supposed to help with the female cycle, I find that it helps me to the point that I am never out of this tea.

Highly recommend this product. I have issues with PMS and pain during my cycle. I start drinking 1 cup at the minimum before I start and it helps ease pms symptoms. It helps relive pain once I start as well, I drink 1-2 cups on those days. Made things so much more bearable, because I’m so used to being down and out during that time.

I really like the Traditional Medicinal teas. They are good quality. This one in particular has many great qualities and I like the flavor.

This tea is not easy to find. It really helps with a lady's cycle. Controls the flow and helps elevate cramps and bloating. Add a little honey and its quite an enjoyable cup of tea.

Im not sure if it really works or it’s all in my head. But I think it does help reduce cramps. Taste great as well.
