They didn't work for me .. I lost my milk bc of stress so it was very hard to get it back. I agree and said it got some milk generated but you have to keep taking the tea and it became very demanding

I tried all the 'hacks' to improve my milk production and this tea is the only tried and true thing that worked for me! It tastes super good (specially with some honey) and this 3 pack is a GREAT value.

Siento que es una gran ayuda , especialmente para mams que se les hace difcil producir leche, personalmente yo tomaba bastante y con la constancia de dar de lactar pude lograr darle slo pecho y ya nada de frmula.

This tea works well. I didn't see a huge difference but I am able to produce more milk the next day. I don't care for hot tea so I let my tea brew then drink it cold or warm afterwards.

My mom got me some of this tea right after I had my daughter. At that point I wasn't having much of a supply issue, but after 12 weeks when I started regulating and she started sleeping longer stretches at night, I noticed I wasn't outputting as much when I pumped. I was worried I was dropping my supply and wanted to try to get it back up. Even if I don't pump at all during the day (just nurse), I always pump at night after she goes to bed to drain my breasts. At one point I was under 2 ounces and was really concerned. I notice that on the days I'm better about drinking this tea, I can get almost 4 ounces. So it definitely seems to help. So if you're having issues with your supply, it's definitely worth a shot to try this tea out. It's annoying that it has to steep for 10-15 minutes but whatever...it helps so I deal with it ha.

I started using this product in order to produce more milk for my baby. I noticed on days where I would skip taking this, I didn't produce as milk. The taste is not bad and I don't mind taking it. I would make about 8 ounces at night after a day of taking this about 2-3 times. Would definitely repurchase!

This actually worked after one day! I'm trying to increase my feeezer stash by using the Haakaa and was not getting enough milk to freeze in one day, it was taking two days to get 3 ounces to freeze. But then I drank three cups of the tea yesterday and this woke up fora midnight feed, used the Haakaa and it was like a faucet of milk coming out. Plenty for baby on one side and Haakaa on other to build my freezer stash!

This is the best to increase my milk supply for my little one. It's amazing. I went from 1/2 a bottle to fill 8 oz out of each breast!! Add a little honey for a light delightful tea.

I actually purchased this tea because I was told it would help mothers with lactation. I was very excited. The taste is aweful but it did help with producing breast milk. I tried it with honey which was nasty. Sugar didn't make it taste any better. But it is definitely worth a try.

I fully breast feed my 3 month, my milk supply start slowing down. So after reading reviews I've started this tea jus for two days so far and now I am able to pump up to 5oz off each Breast every 3hrs

The tea works wonders HOWEVER, my daughter had the worse response to this. She was fussy beyond all measures cried all day cried all night. I drank the tea twice a day once in the morning once at night for a little over a week, and if she was tolerant of it I would continue. But because she had such a negative response I will not be drinking this anymore. If your concerned about if your baby is getting enough discuss with your pediatrician if they don't support you the way you need them to speak with another talk to a lactation consultant and remember some of us are just not able to produce loads of milk and that's okay.

This product has works well in maintaining my breast milk supply. I can't say it increases it ,but it does maintain it. I like the taste and drink 1 cup every other day.

If I drink this tea daily, I can produce about 6 oz more a day for my little one. I order online because our stores cannot keep in stock. Worth it!
