Mission: Non-profit trailer park community providing manufactured home lot space for low to moderate income families and individuals who are unable to afford conventional homes due to income limitations.

Programs: The organization purchased the current manufactured home property to ensure the residents have a plot of land to keep their purchased manufactured homes on and maintain the lowest lot rents possible in keeping with the tenants limited incomes. There are 90 manufactured home lots in the park.
