I have a leaning tower of power with a single barrel intake. I'm replacing the motor soon and just wanted the car running so it was easier to move around and work on. I had a cheap 2 barrel on hand so I bought this and flipped it upside down and the car runs. It does add significant height so there is no room for even the smallest air cleaner but this was a perfect cheap for now solution so I don't have to push the car on to the lift.

I took a gamble to try and adapt a Rochester 2 Jet with an old Ford 223 and first things first, it does not fully seal the bottom vacuum passages on the base plate of the Rochester 2 Jet, my carb is off a 1971 Camaro.

This might be totally fine on some cars but I used it to convert a 2.3 carb ford to a 1bbl sniper kit. My bolt spacing was tighter than the bolt holes on this but I just dremel'd them out a bit and viola
