Tresemme has some great products. I was looking forward to using this conditioner because the ingredients looked good and the reviews were positive. I have color treated (highlighted) hair that is fine in texture but I have a lot of actual strands. I have oily roots and dry ends. Personally my hair looks and feels best when I use a clear sulfate based shampoo paired with a conditioner so slippery that the bottle flies out of my hands. This conditioner is thin and it took an effort to get it out of the bottle. It has a drier texture compared to other conditioners with similar ingredients. It was really 34;draggy34; in my hair and I could barely get a wide tooth comb through (which is what I usually do to distribute conditioner) while it was in. After my hair dried, it was soft and there was less frizz. But my hair felt really dry and it tangled easily. It made my hair waiver too (my hair is between straight and wavy). Even though there was less frizz, it was full of static and overly voluminous. It could work well for someone that doesn't color treat their hair. I would not consider this a conditioner for 34;dry or damaged hair,34; though it's marketed as such. Had this conditioner been marketed for normal or fine hair, I would have given it a better rating.
