The Trueform Trainer is a motor-free treadmill that offers users a natural and therapeutic workout that other treadmills can't match. Its unique, curved design encourages good posture, helps improve gait mechanics and can improve run form by reducing impact stress and asymmetry. No outlets required! Because you set the pace, the unit quickly responds to changes in position as well as speed. Accelerate as quickly as you'd like and slow down just as fast. Instantly go from a walk, to a jog to a sprint. What other treadmill does that? Solidly constructed with a formed and welded 7-gauge steel frame and heavy-duty axle assemblies. The belts are polyurethane reinforced and feature super smooth Responsive Belt Technology (RBT). The Trainer is delivered 90% assembled right out of the box and all the instructions and tools needed to complete assembly are included. Only 31" wide, wheels in front and not needing an outlet means relocating the Trainer to the perfect running spot is quick and easy. Running is made smooth as the treadmill glides on 112 sealed ball bearings. Features a battery-powered LCD display that tracks distance, speed, time and heart rate. I am 5'11 inch tall and 230 lbs, 0 shaky with my body weight. Highly recommend it.Sturdy product and five stars for assembling service as well.

As the image above a large red sticker placed on the console says will not start until you...activate.This is a lie.Users are able to hold down the iFit button for 10 seconds to bypass activation. This process is no where to be found in any of the documentation that came with the manual or treadmill. This red sticker should have explained that I have options (read: freedoms) to get an iFit account or keep my personal information private and decline the iFit account and use the treadmill directly out of the box.You may not agree with my 1-star review and think that it's unfair. Well, I think it's unfair to ask users to go through prompts on the iFit website that nag you to get an account (payment needed), which carries auto-renews. This deceptive practice forces people to sign up for an account they may not use, and fork over their payment information which may result in an accidental charge to a credit card and then the runaround ensues to get it removed. While the treadmill may perform well and meet my needs thus earning a 5-star review, I'm afraid NordicTrack may never hear feedback of this boldface lie unless a 1-star review is written. I'll be happy to edit my review should Nordic Track reach out to me to show me where in their documentation that I had an option to forego the iFit account and use the treadmill as intended (and without a need for an internet connection which is just another hoop that not everyone can jump through).The treadmill should come with an OPT-IN approach to this iFit account, instead of an OPT-OUT (bypass). Thank you to the kind people of the internet that showed me the way.

I've only had it a few days but I love it so far. No complaints. not a light machine, sturdy, very well made it seems and well packaged. Money well spent. a family member has the same one and she got hers years ago and uses it daily so I'm hoping mine will last just as long and longer.
