This one did not fit. Apparently there or two that are most popular, I'm sure it is a good product, but it needs better descriptions. Sent it back, got the other one, worked perfectly

No instructions were included. We had to YouTube and still got the wrong directions. Put it in the water and it barely spinned. Took it to a real boat mechanic and he ended up replacing the entire prop which costs me $300. Don't waste your money on this. Pictures 1 2 are different, which one do you really receive? Not the correct one apparently.

It fit together by hand... diagram is simple.. just slides onto the prop shaft.. tighten the nut and bend washer tabs up..go boatin man!!

after 20 years, my old one failed me recently. When ordering this item, I did not realize it was one number off the part number. But all and all I only needed the rubber part, I reused the original parts to make it work. Everything fit as it was made for the prop. It seems I get better pick up now than from before. But because the one number off. I could not use all the replacement parts. I am not worried because it still worked with my 2006 115hp mercury.
