I like Tangs, and my new Blue Powder Tang refused to eat anything but grazing aquarium rocks, I tried several algae sheets brands and she never tasted any, she started to starving!!So I got one of this purple seaweed and surprised that the Tang really liked it, now she start to gain more weight :)
