Mission: The organization's mission is to provide grant assistance to the amateur sport of field hockey.

Programs: Development grants - united states field hockey association is the governing body for the sport of field hockey and is a 501(c)(3) organization. The foundation provides grants and assistance to united states field hockey association and other field hockey organizations to further the development and promotion of the sport in the united states of america.
