Mission: To foster and support a connection between the citizens of boise, idaho and the officers and crew of the united states navy submarine u. S. S. Boise (ssn764).

Programs: Planning, coordinating adn fundraising for community events surrounding the u. S. S boise and the on-going relationships between the submarine crew, officers and community.
