This is just perfect! No need for another set of hands. Easy roll out and back. Easy read and durable. Another great Komelon product!

I didn't know how much I needed this tape real until I used it to extend a green garden area in my yard. Rather than using a traditional 200' tape measure or an old one with a crank handle that constantly fell apart, I was able to use this tape reel on my own without help. The tape comes with a plastic stake to which you secure one end of the tape, stick it in the ground, walk to your destination and measure the other end. This is the first time I've been able to add yardage to my green garden plot without having to measure it five times for accuracy. Love it when you have the right tool for the job needed.

Easy to wind and un-wind, as with most spool tapes the 0-3 inches are not marked, which is not a big deal unless trying to explain to children where and how to hold the end ;)

For the few times I used it, it worked very well. I like the fact that it has both standard metric measurement sides. Appears to be good quality for the price. Highly recommend it.

Very nice 100 foot measuring tape. Easy to use and reel back up after measuring. The included plastic stake is a life saver when working alone and conveniently snaps on the reel, so it won't get lost. I used it to measure the outside dimensions of our new house for future gutter installation and it passes the test! The plastic housing is nice and robust and should last years.

Would strongly recommend! Very easy to use: easy to read the dimensions, easy to release the tape, and easy wind back into reel without twisting. The ground stake is very handy and also easy to use. Quality product, it seems well made. So much easier to use then the typical metal tape measure, do not know why I did not purchase sooner, will be using often!

I had not any occasions to use meters living in the U.S. until I started throwing knives. I joined a few groups, mostly in Asia and Europe and they all use metric. When you have any competition its all measured or setup in meters. I needed a good durable and basically dampness proof measuring tape that would go out at least 12 meters. This one goes out 30 and also measures inches/feet on the opposite side, the best of both worlds. One side colored green, is marked in meters and the other side of the tape is white for inches/feet. It has a metal catch on the end to grasps at a starting point and also comes with a plastic stake to drive in the ground to hook to. Of course it has a hand crank to retrieve the tape after measuring. It's a very nice piece of equipment and should last.

I use it to lay out fences and its been a good tape reel so far. Ive used it in wet and muddy conditions and just wiped mud off with my fingers as I reeled it in. Its sturdy built. The main caveat is there IS a little bit of stretch in the tape if you pull on it too much, which will give false measurements. The plastic stake in the back has a plastic nub on the top that always you to snap the end of tape onto with has came in very handy when Im laying fence out by myself. All in all its a good buy and has held up to professional fencing work. I will buy more for sure.

Smooth wheel action, durable construction, easy to use. Does what i needed really well. If i had one point of feedback for ease-of-use, it would be the orange stake they provide for an anchor (which is really helpful to have) would be so much more convenient if it had a place to store it on the reel. There's no natural place to keep it when not in use and that would be a nice usability improvement.

Comes with an orange stake so you can measure distances by yourself. Rolls up when dusty, wet, or muddy without issue, and easy to clean. Cannot vouch for accuracy but readings are consistent, does not stretch.

I wanted an easy to use measuring tape for measuring my back yard, as well as other things. It works great. I really like the little peg that keeps the tape in place.
