I bought it for a Halloween costume. It fits our 15mth old great! I did get the one pictured on the right in all blue stitching - that's why I gave it 4 stars. Disclaimer - our 15mth old is also in the 95th percentile of height and 75th percentile of weight.

The sombrero I received looked like the one on the right of the picture. It was the perfect size for a 2-3 year old. Good quality.
