These are the perfect hats at the perfect cost. Felt is perfect to paint or spray paint - tried both. The hat fits perfectly and I’m a wig wearer. This hat is also sturdy enough for the cost! I’m so happy with this purchase!

This is adult size, but we added elastic and are using it for a children's performance. Very cute. Shipping was very fast.
