This is a cute hat, but it is really big and fits adults. My 4 year old son wanted a blue cowboy hat, so for the low price, I thought this would be a great hat for him. It will be a great hat for him when he's 18! This hat fits my husband and is even a little big on him. Definitely not a kid's size hat as advertised. But would be good for an adult's costume as it is a decent quality hat.
