The chain rotates, the double lock feature is excellent, and its made out of a nice material. 20$ well spent.

I am not law enforcement but I ordered these for my son as he wanted them. I got a lot more than expected and they are actually amazing I would rely on these any day for detaining someone. After reading up on them they are no joke and amazingly priced! Please don't raise the price leave it alone.

I carry these every day on my duty belt and have not had a single offender be able to get out of them and they're just as sturdy as Smith and Wesson M 100s which is what I've used for years but these are about half the price the only downside is the key is a little flimsy so I highly recommend keeping a set of Smith Wesson keys because they fit but the cuffs themselves are outstanding and the black finish is very durable I don't have a single scratch on mine

The way it works feels dependable, chargeable, safety lock with on and off switch and sreps to use the stun gun is secure, especially using it as a flashlight.
