I love the rich flavor, cocoa-y. Dissolves well in hot water. I mix a heaping TBSP with maca powder a bit of chai spice as a coffee alternative. So delicious!

I love this brand. The quality is good. I primarily use it for my hot chocolate twice a day. The key to getting it to mix smooth, is to heat the milk first, before adding the cacao powder. I do add a little bit of sugar or agave syrup. I use a battery operated small whisk to mix it in.I used some in chocoate espresso cookies and it added a nice flavor.

Very good. Rich, deep flavor. It tastes like luxury...I make home made Mexican hot chocolate almost daily. It satisfies my taste for sweets and helps me keep my weight down. I can't wait to bake with it. Since it's pure cold processed pure cacao you have to add your own sweetener. I love that I can control that.

I use a tablespoon of cocoa powder, tablespoon of raw honey, and mix it in 1/3 cup boiling water. Then I fill the cup with milk until I get the desired color. Best chocolate milk ever! Does great in chocolate peanut butter smoothies too!

Great taste but cacao products are known for high levels of cadmium, lead and arsenic. Better body has not been tested by consumer labs so no way to know. Would need third party test results to be confidant. Until then I will stick with approved tested brands

about the same 8oz price as Hershey special dark, however BBF claims organic has the edge, while HSY has alkali. the only thing about BBF i don't like is the packaging, what a mess
