I've been using processed cocoa for many years and recently bought a package of Better Body Foods Organic Cacao Powder. I don't think I will ever go back to using cocoa again. The cacao has a great taste - I use it in my smoothies. YAAAY!

I honestly like this made as hot cocoa and I leave it unsweetened that's definitely not for everyone but I think speaks to the flavor. Also good in baked goods in place of regular cocoa. I guess maybe it makes me feel healthier? I don't honestly know if it is or not.
