I needed this for a new chicken soup recipe and it was great. Of course it took on the flavor of the soup so I don't know what it would be like otherwise. Happy with the product.

The packages are just the right size to keep fresh until they are used up. Preparation instruction excellent. I Googled Gefen and got lots of new recipes to try in the future!

Love these especially if you melt a bit of butter and toast them in it. Sometimes add scallions. Then add water and cook according to directions

Hard to find the Israeli couscous in stores these days. This is one of my favorite sides. Toast first then add flavored broth to cook yum. Added to subscribe and save to always have on hand.

I use this to remake an Everyplate side dish I had, with lemon and butter, and I add parmesan cheese for a super tasty and higher protein dish. Love this stuff!
