Finally found something a picky autistic kid will eat! Great side dish for a weeknight! Easy to prepare, and a kind of fun break from rice and potatoes.

This is my first time trying Gefen Israeli Classic Pearl Couscous, 8.8oz (3 Pack) All Natural Mediterranean Toasted Pasta. They cook faster than brown rice and taste much better.

Had this first time at my sister's house, never heard of it before. Now it's a regular on my meals. It's a small pasta that you brown in butter, like rice a roni, then simmer in broth about 20 min. Great side dish.

This was my first time to use couscous. I used for salmon patties. I followed the directions on the package and it turned out great, Gave a different, but excellent, flavor to salmon patties. Cant wait to try couscous in other dishes.

I have never tried Israeli couscous before; I would now have to say I wouldn't want to use anything else. The recipe was for chicken soup and it was delicious.
