I don't have much experience with couscous so I don't have any reference to compare to. That said, the flavor was good, texture is nice and soft, easy to eat. I cooked one full bag and it was too much for me to eat within a week. Next time I'll cook 1/2 bag. I found a lot of recipes online to make different dishes with couscous by adding different veggies and other ingredients.I would recommend this couscous.

It's important to note that I left my husband after he tasted this. He became so deeply excited, that I had to take a step back and reevaluate what I valued in him. Him? He would say things like I don't care if we don't have sex ever again, please just pour more of these pearl pasta cubes into my socks and this made me question everything about myself. Don't cook these with butter, lemon, and parmesan if you want to stay married.

I had never heard of Israeli couscous until I came across a vegan FB page. Well....it turn out...this stuff is wonderful, easy to prepare and taste amazing in salads. I followed the instructions as stated on the packaging and then added it a salad. It was tasty and filling and my husband loved it too.

All 3 bags where wrapped in secondary bag. Thank goodness. All 3 bags had seal problem. Right down the middle of product. Like the glue that sealed packages didn't work.
