Most people give a review after 1 or 2 uses. I've had mine over 3 years. I've used multiple times what impresses me is how long the charge lasts I'd use to to jump start cars, trucks seems like battery never dies. I'm talking 6 months with no charging it and jumps a car no problem on top of that I live in cold area and it's in my trunk all year long. Then when I do charge it literally like 10min and it says full that's right digital read out tells you when it's charging or full. Another use take it camping has USB charge phones or whatever no problem. Honestly love this thing would 100 recommend to anyone.

Wanted to be set up and equipped to do mobile repairs so I purchased this Jump box. Love everything about it. From the longer cables to the bright multi function light. First use was on a stone dead 6.0 Silverado. Truck fired up immediately, and with zero issues after connecting the clamps and flipping the switch. I love this jump box, and this company. I own several of their flashlights as well that I bought years ago and put through the ringer. They all still work as good as the day I bought them.

I've had this jumper for 2 1/2 years and needed it again today (5th or 6th time I've needed it). Car fired up right away. This thing just works!

This thing is amazing compared to jump starters I've had in the best, doesn't get any better than this.Hook it up to anything and it will crank right up, I am just glad I came across this thing!

It works great and has never failed me, but it would be nice if there was some way to store the recharging cord on the box itself so you don't risk losing it.

I purchased this jumper box because I thought it was going to be good. I have had it for a little over a year and maybe used it 10 times. It does not work at all half the time when I go to jump a battery.

I used my Jump-N-Carry one time and that was to charge my phone on a trip. Whenever I received an email that it was time to charge the unit I would check it and it said fully charged. I went to use it recently to jump my van and it couldn't do so.I called customer service thinking maybe it was something I did or didn't do. The lady had me try to check the voltage on the unit and it wouldn't show anything. She said to send it back requesting an extension to my year warranty (it had just gone out of warranty less than a month ago) and to let them know that there was no voltage. She told me to use the coupon in the owners manual which, of course, I had to find. Once found, I could not find the coupon. Called her back and she said without the coupon I would have to pay the flat rate fee which is $150. I paid $169 for the unit. With the coupon you pay $80ish dollars and they either repair it or send you a refurbished one. She said she couldn't get another coupon for me. I understand that it is my fault/problem that I can't find the coupon but I won't be buying this brand again!

I upgraded from the JNC660, which was a great unit. (Broke mine by accident, no fault of the unit.)Decided to upgrade to the 770R, mainly for the longer and better cables. I like that there's an off switch so the cables aren't always live. It's got a built in light that's fairly bright, but I can't imagine using it often. Adding the USB ports for charging was a nice touch.Yes, it's heavy, but this is a real jump pack, unlike many of the Lithium Ion packs you see out there today.

I have been using this JNC770R for over a year now. We have a fleet of six Hyundai Ioniq electric vehicles. We often have people leave auxiliary devices turned on that run off a 12v battery. When this is done over a weekend, the 12v battery dies. This unit is great in that you can hook up the cables to the battery BEFORE you turn on the jumper box. This is useful because before you turn it on, it shows you a readout of what the voltage is on the discharged battery. This unit has never failed to deliver!

Originally I was going to get the lower model without the USB ports but I ended up spending the money on this and I'm glad I did. I don't even think I've used this through jumpstart a car yet. But I use it as a power supply on a couple job sites. I can plug my phone into it and a Bluetooth speaker when I'm working outside or I'm working on a job site that doesn't have very many PowerPoints. I know I could get a cigarette lighter adapter but when I'm driving I just plug my phone and stuff into this battery to charge

I am replacing a 22 year old jump pac. It still works, but the features of this one is nice, especially the longer cables. Hopefully it will last just as long.
