I bought this for my boyfriend, not knowing a thing about it. He said it was wonderful and authentic. My dad collects games and this was a good price for such a nice game.

This comes with multiple ways to spice up gameplay, but there doesn't seem to be quite enough pieces. My family usually gets other colors to fill what should be extra little pieces. Sometimes we'll implement the original risk board game rules, because this version does get confusing. However, it's beautiful! Great design. It's themed in early GoT so it's nostalgic. Also feels great to say you're going to take over King's Landing and defeat the Lannisters!

Great challenge for the Risk and Game of Thrones fans. Much strategy involved. The pieces are all interesting. Maps are really cool. Takes time to play it through. Our youngest player was 13 and he picked it up.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband, and he loves it! The maps are beautiful, and the pieces are all high-quality. There are several ways to play this game, so you can customize the game play to fit your number of players, interests, time, etc. My husband and I are able to play just the two of us on the Essos map, and we've played with up to five people on the Westeros map (you can combine both maps and play with even more people). Both maps are fun, and the game play is drastically improved from the original Risk. My husband was so excited to get this game- it was his favorite Christmas present this year. Everything is very high-quality, and it's so fun to play. I would definitely recommend this to any GoT fans. Note: We saw the same game being sold for $80 at Barnes and Noble.

Got this for my boyfriend for Christmas. He LOVES it. Perfect for any GOT fan that likes board games! If you have played risk you will definitely love this version! Takes less to finish and is much easier!
