Drink at least 2 bottles of ltima a day. Love that the watermelon has the memorable taste of watermelon but not the over sweet sugary blah that takes away from the flavor in so many other options.

I know I expected it to be larger than this for the price I haven't tried it yet. But I will. It's probably good. I know it better be! Update: I received it on 2/17/25. I used it on the 20th. Remember it's a powder that aids in electrolytes. It has flavor but not like actual cherry or pomegranate. It aids in replenishment of again electrolytes. I doctored it up with lemons and a little actual pomegranate juice not very much. It made the taste better, with chia seeds. I made a whole new drink . If you have issues with plain water you should try it. But not this flavor, not a mix. Try a solid, like orange or lemon not a mixture. I will finish it. But it's good for you regardless

I've used this and the pink lemonade for months now and bought on repeat. I just recently started getting this container over the single serving ones because the savings is worth it. I was looking for something with less sugar and sodium than liquid IV and these were dietician recommended. They taste amazing, my kids like them too. I use them daily but also for hot yoga.

The kid in me still loves grape flavored things. This is the best - love size of container as it fits so well in my pickleball bag. My 2nd order - will keep on buying.
