I ordered a small. It was very wrinkled which is ok, it was packaged. I sent it to the cleaners for a professional pressing. I got so many compliments on this!! Hubby went as the pilot lol. My hubby never dresses up but he loved my costume so much he made me get him one.

It isn't a mini. In fact it was knee length on me at 6 feet

Looks great on. The hat and gloves were hidden inside the bag. It looks like separates, but it is one dress. Beware, it runs large.

This outfit turned out cute but only because I can sew and altered it extensively. It was huge. Way larger than the measurements but after ripping out the seems and darting the back, sides and skirt, I got it to fit fairly well. Its decent material for the price point. The costume was a hit at the party.

This outfit fit perfect and was the hit of our program.

I made upgrades to the hat to make it fit properly, I wore a body suit because the fabric was somewhat thin/see through. Compared to vintage photos the costume was very accurate. Included pins, gloves, and a bag which was a great value.

Super cute and great quality for a Halloween costume. I weigh about 150 pounds and am 5'5. I purchased a 8/10 size and it was a little tight for my 36C bustline but fit very sexy and comfortable everywhere else so I didn't change it for a larger size. I was able to loosen up the top slightly with snipping some material where the collar comes together and doing a little hand sewing to give myself just a little more room. The material doesn't stretch so you couldn't wear it dancing where you have to lift your arms for turns. If you are bigger than a C cup, I don't think this style will work for you.
