The biggest problem is it sending unit has to be pointed directly at the headset. Otherwise it pretty good

works very well and is portable. Have used it in a motel so the wife could go to sleep and I stay up to watch a movie.

Like this brand.It lasted 6yrs b4 I needed another one.I used it every day for about 8hrs.The old one still works except the unit itself turns off every couple of minutes.Bought another one.I don't have a big head but to keep strap away from pressing on my head I put rubber bands on middle and each end to keep strap from pressing on my head.Works for me.Great sound and easy to use.

I accepted this unit, even though it has the same FRYING SOUND as the one I Purchased from a different supplier and returned????Product is not up to my standard!Looking forward to getting my new hearing aids.

The biggest problem is that the battery in one ear phone doesn't made a good connection and slips out of position, have take ear phone apart, finally had to use electrical tape to keep it in place. Very disappointing....,

I wear hearing aids and have had this system for 3 plus years. 3mos ago my lady put them on and liked them. So I got her a system for her TV plus she can come in the den and hear what I am watching with the TV sound muted.
