Mission: United Way of Decatur & Mid-Illinois mobilizes resources to positively impact our community and will lead our community to become sustainable, safe, healthy, and well-educated. At United Way of Decatur & Mid-Illinois, we have developed five areas of focus based on an assessment of community needs. By focusing on five main areas, we are targeting our community's biggest troubles through funding programs dedicated to producing outcomes. These areas are education, self-sufficiency, health, safety, and basic needs.

United Way of Decatur and Mid Illinois is a 501(c)(3) organization, with an IRS ruling year of 1954, and donations are tax-deductible.
