Mission: United Way of North Central Florida was formed in 1957. United Way of North Central Florida is focused on the building blocks that lead to a good quality of life - Education, Health and Income - because we all gain when children are successful in school, when families are financially stable and people are healthy. United Way NCFL devotes 70 percent of resources to long-term strategies and a large part of those efforts are focused on education. Our primary goal is to increase high school graduation rates, through investments in quality early childhood education and family strengthening programs. (Less)
