Received my order quickly and the tray is very nice office quality. Unfortunately this is only one tray, not two as pictured in all the photos, and the description of the item at the top of the page makes no mention of this, talks about how well they stack which would lead one to assume there are two so you can stack them like in the photos - definitely misleading! You have to read the entire page to find out it is only one tray but I think that should be made clear in the photos and description. Several reviewers mention this is not legal size but I bought it for legal size copier paper and it fits fine with a little extra space at both sides.

For larger file holders. Stacked together, they are slightly awkward and don't fit perfectly, but with the addition of two zip ties the set up is 100.
