Programs: Provided medical and dental services to underserved population in rural west virginia through federally funded rural health initiative project. Provided training to resident students from west virginia university and the west virginia school of osteopathic medicine. Provided free cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar and osteoporosis screenings. Provided $45,345 in charity care to indigent patients.
