Mission: To promote the advancement of the art of painting watercolors, and to hold annual exhibitions of watercolors. Watercolors are defined here as paintings in transparent and/or opaque water media, or unvarnished water soluble media on paper.

Programs: General initiatives and projects - aligned our tax year with our membership year (june 1 - may 31) - tried to find new ways to raise money for our scholarship fund (silent auctions, mystery box raffles, opportunity drawings). - tried to create more incentive to get members involved with board service - live streamed video to facebook during member meetings and artist demonstrations/presentations. Archived all video to uws youtube channel. - encouraged entry into exhibitions. (you don't know if you don't try) - tried to encourage more cvc participation in uws exhibitions and uws participation in cvc exhibitions by arranging halfway meeting point in brigham city for drop off and transport of paintings. - bylaw review completed. - new paypal account created with successful changeover for current events. - wfws 2021 host year committee formed and planning underway - rockwood closet cleanout (will save about 400 per year for uws)
