I'm pretty happy with results with this product.had to respray my chevelle dash with this first,then applied satin enamel.works great.

This worked fine on vinyl, but it didn't work on silicon caulking. I'm not sure anything works on silicon though. However, there was a youtube video where the guy was using some other brand of adhesion promoter on silicon and it worked. Maybe that was paintable caulking though, I don't know. I shouldn't have even written this review, lol.
