I use this to refinish the beds of hand planes. Make sure you scrape all the old jappanning off or you will see the bits that are left. Next time I will get the gloss tho not semi-gloss. The semi isn't as shiney as the origional jappanning.

Paint looks and works as said. You really want to do this out in the open air as it says. Has a very strong smell while applying.

sold at a decent price, product was as advertised. Need to update picture of can though. However, ordered 3 cases (18) cans and only received 17. That and the delivery was a question mark even after having tracking info.

Bought this product to give the brake calipers on my Yukon a better look and it came out great. Theses pictures don't do it enough justice. Great buy!

I use this paint product alot, always satisfied with the finish , and the fact that it is not effected by gas or oil being spilled on finish and resists heat also...thanks

I'm not sure how this paint works for it's intended purpose. I wanted to change the color of my stove top tea kettle. After some internet research I was told that this paint would do the trick. I taped off everything, degreased and cleaned it, painted it and it dry. The paint scratched right off. I let it dry for 24 hours and then baked it for 40 minutes at 450F. It no longer scratched off, except where the metal lid sealed it shut. Every time I put the lid on and boiled water, tiny paint flecks were in the water.I'm sure it's a fine product for it's intended purpose but if you are trying to change the color of your tea kettle, don't use this to do it.

Duplicate paint is excellent, I used the paint to my transfer cover and its for heat , any weather, , also is very nice.

I had a hard time with this paint. It is not like Rustoleum and other paint. The red was not shiny at all. It could have been the user. lol
