These work well for what I needed them for, holding 2.5??? pipe while welding.

These are great when you need an extra hand removing old faucets. As a service plumber these are always in need. I hate it when I'm trying to loosen the nuts on the bottom of the faucet or faucet handle on top keeps rotating because of Rusty Hardware. Clam these bad boys on and problem solved

Clamps round tubing to flat surfaces without slipping off tubing when welding. Other wide jaw welding vise grip don???t compare. Good quality. No cons so far.

What's better than a wide gripping vice grips? This will be wide enough to take oil filters off and any other large items and also small enough to hold nuts and smaller things.... very versital and sturdy.... You need one!

These 12LC vice grips are like having a third hand. i use them in my welding business and when on the job by my self working pipe, I can use these to support the other end when laying out pipe and not have to wait for someone to come over and hold the other end. Perfect tool for a 34;third hand34;.

Was looking for a larger than 1034; straight jaw vise grip, however this curved jaw may be useful in many circumstances. As of yet I haven't used this tool.

I never knew there was a Vise Grip like these before. This design is SO VERSATILE! The deep throat is what I needed, but the toothed jaw tips is an added surprise. I'm finding many uses for this tool I'm wondering why this design has been pretty obscure. Way more useful than the clamping type with the stupid swivel ends. The tool quality is very good, like Vise Grip of old. A drop of oil here there before use is pretty important to smooth it up though.

Good tool as usual, all vise grip pliers work great. I never buy any locking pliers without the Vise grip name

I got a ton of vise grips but nothing like this Big Mama Jama, just got it today and already used it twice. The tool itself is well made and the pivots and lock up is tight. I lube the screw and pivots and it should serve well for a long time.

I use mine for welding. Really after trying this particular design, originally meant for pipes, I don't think I will ever buy a standard jaw pair again. Well, maybe not never, but these seem to be all that the standard jaws were and more. I suppose tight spaces might be a hindrance, but these are versatile as can be.
