Excellent pair of linesman's pliers - I'm an electrician and use these every day I'm on the job. Good construction and durable; with a wide and flat side that works great for pounding the odd staple. Cutters are strong and only now beginning to dull after 9 months of regular use. Only complaint is that the rubberized handles are a little bulky for someone with medium-glove-size hands. Will continue to use these until I blow them up.

Good quality - good solid pliers

I admit I am one of those wives that steals my husband???s tools, often to use them in ways he???d prefer not to see. I???ve used his lineman???s pliers for years to work on dripline and remove plugs and emitters that I can???t get out without assistance. (So, really I???m saving him work, right?) Anyway, those pliers may have become 60;cough62; slightly rusty 60;cough62; from constantly being used with water, left on the back porch, etc. etc. So I decided to permanently appropriate them for my dripline work bucket and hunted around to find him a nice pair to replace them. I don???t want to be totally evil! These are massive, wonderful, and absolutely high quality pliers. I could not be happier with these and my husband thought they were the cat???s meow. We get excited about weird things like tools and computer components, but I think anyone would be happy to have these heavy-duty lineman???s pliers. One note: if you have small hands, you should go for a smaller size. Very pleased with this purchase.

These were a bit larger than what I expected, but the larger head is what I was after in order to flatten curved pieces of metal.

Seems well made but have not really tested it yet. Historically a good company but that means nothing in America now.
