Big, very big, smooth working locking pliers. I’ve owned vice-grip locking pliers for 70 years and used them in all kinds of situations. Even my oldest set hasn’t rusted or failed in any way. Irwin bought the vice-grip company, I’m told, but the new Irwin vice-grips seem to maintain the quality of the old company. These long c-clamp pliers can reach far into a project for glueing up pressure or holding pieces in place for attaching. They hold extremely well, and release without tearing up your knuckles or hands. The little release lever really works. Very good product. AD2

Actually these are now imported and sad to say have much better fit and finish and one-handed operation than when made in USA. Definately work great with only one hand.

Works as expected. Nothing great. Typical stamped steel still has edge burrs even though it was obviously tumbled. Typical import quality.

I have tried and own other c clamp pliers, there is no substitution for a brand name product Vise Grip is still my go to tool.

I buy these in different sizes whenever I can. They are perfect for all my clamping needs and everyone in the shop uses them too. Do not buy any others especially Pittsburgh, I have seen them crisscross and fail when tightly clamped.
