We use this to store our camper hoses. The vents allow the hoses to dry but keeps out bugs and dirt. We were just hooking our hoses together but after a few weeks we had to flush them out and some started to mold.

Price is on the high side so if you have another resource I would go there. This does the job, the loop to attach is very stiff and difficult to attach without using a pliers. Would probably buy again.

Owning an RV means working with hoses a lot. Keeping them clean on travel day is essential. These caps protect the hose ends, while tiny holes allow water to drain out while rolling the hose up.

I lost one of the caps for my portable water softener. Even though they aren't as good as the caps that came with the softener, they do the job when transporting in our camper.

On my normal RV hoses, I coil the hoses into a circle and screw the two ends together to keep and insects from finding their way into the hoses, but with my heated / winter fresh water line, I don't want to put that much stress on the hose, so I use these. They work great! I put the appropriate one on each end of the hose when I'm not using it and it seals it perfectly. They are easy to use. They should come with the hose. Would buy again.

Some people just connect the ends of a hose when storing it to keep out dirt and critters. While this works, it keeps residual water in the hose allowing it to stagnate.I prefer this solution, which keeps out critters and dirt but allows the hose to breathe and ultimately dry out. Works great and stores right on the hose. I feel like the money they want for these things is a little rich, but it's a buy once and forget kind of thing, so what the heck.

These are great for hoses for my rv. I can seal up the hose and not worry about water spilling out. I definitely recommend them.
