The cap on my wastewater drain on the RV was really hard to get off plus if there was any water left in the tube, it would get all over my hands when I took off the cap. This new cap is much easier to get off plus it keeps your hands away from the waste water. My only issue (and it not the cap's fault) is that when the cap is on, the hose fitting is not at the 6 o'clock position. This is because of the fitting on the rig being turned.

The raised handle makes a huge difference. I just couldn't get a good grip on the standard cap to tighten/untighten at all. This makes a huge difference. Anything to make this process easier is a win.

Sewer caps on our trailer were extremely hard to grasp and remove. These provide a great handle, making removal easy. No more frustration.

Always struggled to unscrew the sewer cap on my motorhome. This one with a good handle allows me to get if off in one easy twist, but seems (so far) to be securely attached when screwed on. I don't swear as much anymore.
