The hat is Awesome, but I did not appreciate how it was stuffed in my post office box! The hat has a dent, in the front.

Attempted to return the cap and their customer service refuses to even respond.The hat is way too deep. I'm not sure what kind of quality control they have, but the hat I purchased almost completely covers my ears when I put it on. For reference, every cap I've purchased in the past has rested about a quarter inch above my ears, as it should. This one is a good 2 to 3 inches deeper than that. It would fit better on a watermelon than a human.
