I have been using Valvoline in my 2014 Ford Explorer and my 1997 Ford F150 with the 5.4L engine for years.I previously used it in my 2000 Ford Expedition which had close to 300,000 miles on it. The engine ran perfect and did not bur or use oil. The engine out lasted the body which was rusting out. I gave the vehicle to a friend who was in need. She put another 25000 on it. The old girl's engine is still running strong. The body is shot and unsafe to drive.

I have been using this Valvoline High Mileage oil 5-20 in our 2009 Accord that has 150K miles on it for several years. The Honda dealer suggested a high mileage oil for this car. It works. No issues. I will continue to purchase and use this Valvoline High Mileage oil in our Accord as long as we own it.

It's much cheaper for me to biy them this way as my car burns oil at a high rate and i use these to top off between oil changes
