I need to cover an hvac opening the register would no stay in. We never close that vent and opted for a big size to screw a larger peremider about the vent. Very happy.

I specifically bought this one because it says screws included. They are not. When you go to the HVAC store, it says the screws are not available, and product support is NOT available for this item. The description of this item needs to be changed to screws NOT included.

The grate is nice. The fit is perfect. I could not find the size I needed at the big box stores. It took me 3 times to get the grate. They sent the wrong size the first time. Second time, showed it delivered but we didnt get it and there wasnt the normal photo showing it either. Third time, it was delivered on time. This grate is study. The white goes nicely with my trim paint.

all of the pictures show the grate to have 6 screw holes. What received only has 4 holes. Also the new 4 holes dont line up with any of the original 6 holes. This means that we now have to drill 4 new holes an there will be 6 left empty. So we will have a total of 10 holes in the wall and only use 4 of them. Make sure you check before ordering.

My husband painted our walls and lost some vents. The ones we did save were rusted so I ordered these and installed them myself. I like that the screws are long and actually match the grill (white). Will be buying more to replace around the house.

The metal it's made from is appropriate for sturdiness / stiffness. It has a nice paint finish and came with painted screws. Nothing to complain about. Great product!

I screwed it into studs over drywall. Worked except that my stud spacing meant I needed drywall anchors.
