It has 2 size attachments for full face or just mouth/nose. It it easily sanitized for use by multiple family members and is good to help clear congestion, clean skin, ease throat, etc

3 years in and works fine. Wife swears by it. She uses it in between medicine intervals to help her breathe.

I like this steam humidifier because it works. I have had it for at least three years and drag it out every winter when I get my heavy duty colds. It helps to break up the clogs in the breathing tubes and is pleasant to use. The quality is very good and works like it should all the time I use it.
