Used these for fixing a foundation. Solid product and better than the non-welded jacks. Spend a little bit more for a way better product you won't regret it when you're working in the tight space cursing at the cheap ones.

First, ignore the instructions. They are for bigger jacks. The 12-16 is ready to go once you insert the handle. Also, it's slightly less than 12 when screwed down. I needed exactly 12, so the extra half inch saved my day! Appears as sturdy as any I've seen.

Well constructed overall.If I were to make one improvement it would be a wider base plate to help keep the jack plumb.

The lifting bar bent while lifting up a house. However, it got the job done. I bought cheaper stands and more expensive jacks. For the money - these are a good value.

This floor jack is heavy duty and I used it on top of a bearing wall plate to support the joist flooring under a new 350 pound clothes wash tower. The floor is now rock solid with no washer vibrations. Unscrew the worm drive and lubricate it with some axle grease to make adjustments easier. Tighten only as necessary to provide a firm support and level floor above.

Quality product, quite sturdy. I feel comfortable working under foundation beams held up by these screw jacks. Cheaper screw jacks from another manufacturer didn't cut it.

Used this Jack to support porch while I replaced dry rot. Added a wood block to top to support three joists and a cinder block for a base. This Jack supported the weight, I added other cider blocks as backup - I felt secure while working.
