Mission: Veterans Bridge Home is a Charlotte-based organization that connects Veterans and their families, in any state of transition, to the community. Through our network of partners, we help Veterans navigate employment, create social connections, and settle their families. We look at the whole Veteran and connect them to the resources needed to be successful and thriving leaders in our community.

Results: In 2018 we served an average of 145 Veterans and military families per month with holistic social services, on average a family requires assistance in 2-3 areas. We host a minimum of 16 networking and fellowship opportunities each month and have more than 2,000 Veterans attend our Veteran only events each year.

Target demographics: Veterans in all seasons of transition

Direct beneficiaries per year: 4,000 people

Geographic areas served: Charlotte, North Carolina and the nine surrounding counties

Programs: No cost employment services, resource connection, fellowship, and networking opportunities
